If I could give zero stars, I would!

I placed my order on the 5th of December, still received nothing. Waited almost 2 weeks patiently because my delivery date was set for today the 18th which was fine because I only leave for holiday this evening. I go to track my parcel, the delivery date is now the 20th.

Sent their support team a email for assistance, im even willing to go FETCH my parcel that a paid for delivery for! They take 24 hours to respond. I try to change my delivery address to get delivered where I will be staying in Durban instead. The courier company says it’s needs to be approved by crocs and it will add 3-5 business days to my delivery time. Reaches out to RAM couriers on WhatsApp - no help at all. Literally gets timed out before a consultant can help you.

It’s as if they chose a courier company just as *********** so nobody will be held responsible. How is it that an order from Shein or Temu in CHINA will arrive faster than an order from Crocs in CPT. Make it make sense 😒
