PATHETIC / NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - ONLINE SHOPPING

Bought online from the Crocs website on 15 May 2020, the shoes arrived in less than 2 days -which I thought was great..but then...The shoes were too big and I sent an email requesting an exchange, after phoning everyday for a whole WEEK, the person who was able to assist Meagen was not available, or she would phone me back , which never happend! Finally got through to her one day and she was quick enough to send me banking details for the courier fee (another R70) immediately sent her the POP as she said it will be done in the same week, another week went by and I could not anymore...the shoes were R699, just lying here! Spoke to Macniel (who assisted me in such a friendly and very quick way) from the Tygervalley Store and he arranged for me to go and exchange the shoes at Somerset mall 51KM from where I stay..after weeks of not receiving any feedback and driving 51KM, I finally have my shoes, I will NEVER BUY FROM THE ONLINE STORE AGAIN!!
