Pathetic customer service experience

There is only one word to describe the service from this company and that is PATHETIC. From ordering to delivery to returns and exchanges it's the same story. The lead times are long and feedback is virtually non-existant. If you compare the service you get from Takealot for example it is like comparing the speed of a snail with the speed of a cheetah. I see from other reviews that I am not alone. Very poor customer service and very disappointing. Shame on you Crocs.
