Pathetic

I’m writing to express my ongoing frustration with the consistent lack of stock across multiple Crocs branches. Despite visiting some of your largest stores including Canal Walk, Tyger Valley, Somerset Mall, and the V&A Waterfront. I’ve repeatedly been told that either the size, the colour, or both are not available.

What makes this more disappointing is the fact that Crocs is a global brand, and yet there seems to be no reliable stock management, especially when it comes to popular kids’ sizes and colours. My children have been asking for a pair for some time now, but it’s either, Overpriced, Out of stock in their size, Or unavailable in the colour they actually want. Even attempts to check other branches or get assistance with store-to-store transfers have led nowhere. For a brand of this scale, I honestly expected better. Please don’t offer another generic excuse. I’d appreciate a practical solution or at the very least an honest explanation as to why your major stores are consistently understocked. or better yet just send me the size and the right colour that seems fair.
