Pathetic Business Ethics

Pity I cannot give ZERO stars for a review!!

My wife ordered 2 pairs of Crocs for me for Father's Day - well in advance. They arrived in good time and she checked that they were the shoes as ordered. All appeared correct.

On Sunday - I was all excited about my present and tried them on straight away. What do you know - the packaging says size 10, but the shoes inside are in fact size 11 - FOR BOTH PAIRS ??????

On Monday she contacted Crocs South Africa - only to be told that she could only return the shoes within 14 days for a refund. If the original packaging is still in tact - she can get a voucher.

Why would I buy anything from a company with this pathetic level of service. My money (her money) was EXACTLY as it said on the notes - it was not worth less that stated on the notes. They provide the wrong product, packaged in the right packaging and then refuse to refund your money and want to force you to buy something else from them??

I do not want ANYTHING from them apart from my money back !!!!

I will follow the legal route - but just want to warn others to the potential pitfalls in dealing with this company.
