Parthetic service abd unreliable

Phathetic service stay away from them , I ordered online on 22/10/22 even today nothing about my order I sent an email with no response hence they stipulating that orders are shipped within 24hrs furthermore I have other pair which I ordered a week ago to my surprise they are too small hence i decided to size up while I was ordering their sizes are not true ,I have requested exchange but till today no feedback mxm
