PAID FOR GOODD I DID NOT RECEIVE

I bought a pair last week Friday morning 29th November , Saturday I got an email stating order is dispatched..been trying to track my parcel to a point of calling RAM (with no success) and today as I track it says unrecoverable (****** in cpt) it gets worse because crocs watsapp is useless & they have no customer care line. Can’t believe I’ve been ****med I tried all means of communication with no success ..I would not recommend ANY1 to buy from them or even use RAM
