Paid but didn't receive goods

Ordered and paid more than a week ago. I have no way of tracking order status, I have not received a tracking number. They don't answer phones, emails, fb or insta messages.

Reviewer Update
Even after numerous messages, they still can't give an update on my order. They seem to think that sending customers a 20% discount voucher for future purchases makes up for their terrible customer service. They have time to send out marketing emails and send products to influencers, but they can't deliver orders that were paid for weeks ago.
