Order on black Friday. Still no response

I bought on black Friday. Paid directly and get a order nr 21221. But nothing more. I emailed twice, inbox there fb several times and still no reply. Try to phone. Ones a lady answered and when I told her I phone about a black Friday order, she ask me to hold. And never come back to me. Complaining several times all over there fb, no reply. The only reply is from other people with the same problem. Very bad from a big company like them to take money and don't give anything back
