Order delayed beyond policy with no communication

I ordered Jibbitz from Crocs on the 5th of December with a stated delivery timeframe of 7–10 days. As of the 21st of December, my order has still not been delivered, with no proper updates or accountability from the company. Communication from Crocs staff has been extremely poor, leaving me to chase information myself and receive vague or unhelpful responses. This experience has been frustrating, misleading, and completely unacceptable for a brand of this size.
