Online Nightmare

I placed an order on 7 December 2024 i constantly checked my mails/website profile for any info regarding my order(nothing in sight) I contacted support 2days ago and all i got was an automated response,i then got abit worried because all i have is proof of payment and no history of my order. I went to the socials to see if i can somehow get anyone to show me their bank history to see if the account info is the same as i was afraid i might have been "****med" in todays life one can never be too sure. Then i went onto facebook and saw quite a few people having the same problem. Crocs SA i am very much disappointed in the service you are rendering for a reputable company like yourself!
