Online Disaster

I honestly didnt wanna rate them a 1star at all was thinking more like a zero for how disappointed i am,placed and paid for an order the 7th got a response from them the 15th after how many emails only be told that there is no order on the system for that date but money left my account for that date??? How in the actual f**k,im fuming because its suppose to be my son's Christmas shoes and now????
