Non-service on Refund

I would like to pour out my dissatisfaction with the non-service that I did not get from Crocs. I placed an order *** and after receiving it, it was too small. I send the items back to be refunded. Courier Guy collected the parcel on 15 Oct 2026 and it was delivered to Crocs' warehouse on 19 Oct 2026. 8 days later and no refund or feedback from Crocs. Rather disappointing…
