No support with crocs

Absolutely poor service. In their defence the wrong size was ordered and delivered an sent back as instructed. However..... Since then Absolutely poor service. No mail reply no assistance. I keep sending mails. I paid ober R800 and no refund or even tracjing detail for the onter pair. This was a month ago. They won't even phone me to explain. First it was said 14 days which doesn't make sense and after 14 days still nothing. Not even an explanation. Asked for a refund if they can't deliver. But nothing new....not even a reply once again.
