No response

Purchased a pair of crocs online Crocs SA and they were delivered at my office. Being sick I collected it monday. The size was incorrect so it's too big. Have tried the quick and easy return online process to no avail. I am still trying to get these exchanged. The website says free, but I read about a r70 courier fee. I'm still waiting since yesterday for anyone to respond.
