No refund/replacement of defective Croc slops.

Bought slops in Dec 2014 in port Shepton. Slop centre piece pulled out of slop in Jan 2015. Returned to shop on 24th March 2015. Shop phoned by me (from durban) and visited on numerous occasions by my dad (from Phumula). Shop promising me to replace from their stock from Cape Town.<br> <br> I am just tired and frustrated by poor service either from Croc or their supplier.
