No refund or repair on 6 week old shoe

<p>Bought a pair of R800 closed croc shoes on 22/09/2016 and returned shoe on 4 Nov 2016. Noticed a slight tear in the fabric and took it back to the store. I was told that they could not refund me but will try and get it fixed. They sent it to their head office and I was told that I was careless and that they could not refund me or repair the shoe. The store where I bought the shoes said that they would love to give me a refund but are under strict orders from head office not to do so.</p>
