NO REFUND ON CANCELLED ORDER

MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED ONE MONTH AGO AND I STILL HAVENT BEEN REFUNDED! Please never buy online from Crocs, my friends and I still haven’t been refunded! We have been waiting for over 28 days. I called and they said they do not have my banking details which they never called to ask. I am beyond angry. I sent my banking details but till this day I have not gotten my refund
