No refund no returns

No service at all. No responses to emails. When calling you are told the person responsible is not at work and they will call you back so just leave your name and number but you never get called back. You call again you are told the call centre has inbound calls only and that they can't call you back but still you are not helped. I have been waiting for 2 weeks now
