No HONESTY and RELIABILITY

There service are very poor. I phoned 3 days after pushes to have an exchange on size. They did not have the size, I was told to wait until they receive stock. Phoned multiple times after that and still no size. Struggled for 3 months and the person on the phone said they have the size I must bring the shoes to exchange. Drove all the way to wood mead from centurion. The lady tells me they don't exchange after 14 days. I should have brought it back to get a gift card and then buy at a later time, of what I was never informed of from the start. If I was on time then they would have exchanged it. then when she took out the shoes and said the shoes are used. I said I had it on only in the house to feel and then realized the size was to small. Then suddenly she change her words and said if it was not used she would have exchanged it. She changed her excuse from one option to another. They are not honest or reliable.
