NO EXHANGES/REFUNDS

I bought a pair of Crocs at the Canal Walk store & was advised by the sales lady to take a shoe with more toe space. However, when I then wore the shoe to work the shoe felt even bigger and my feet clearer need a smaller size. But they do NOT DO EXHANGES/REFUNDS ON WORN shoes. I thought that they would exchange the shoes for a smaller size as they have nothing to lose. The shoes are still neat & tidy & clean.
