No delivery or correspondence after 2 weeks

Have bought shoes from CrocsSA online on the 25th November 2017. Have received a mail to indicate that they have received the order & payment but up to today no correspondence or no sign of the shoes... When phoning them on number ********** 845 which is head office I have been told that everyone is busy and will get back to me. Happening for the past 3 days already. I have send emails without any reply.
