No delivery and Non existent customer service

I order two pairs of kids shoes online. I received an email stating that delivery is within 3 working days. It's been 9 days now and have not even received a tracking number. It's OK if a delivery takes a little logger but I atleast want a tracking number or some kind of communication from customer service. I have emailed, Facebook inboxed numerous times and absolutely no response. I see that there are numerous complaints on Facebook with other people also not receiving their order. This is unacceptable. If they are not coping with the amount of orders, atleast post something to social media to inform the public.
