NO CUSTOMER CARE

Good day.

I cannot believe the service I have received from Crocs SA. Do they not value customers and in the midst of people losing their jobs. Some people just don't want to do their jobs. I ordered shoes on the 5th Nov 2020, paid on the same day. Still have not received my order. No communication from them even though I have been emailing them, making daily calls in order to follow up on my order. If their are issues then they should communicate effectively to me as a customer.
