Never order Crocs Online , appalling customer service

I ordered a pair of shoes on 23 November. I have not received them two weeks later (7 December). I have phoned their call Centre in excess of 30 times. They never answer. By some miracle I managed to speak to the receptionist twice, I have left two messages and no one has called me back. Also left messages on their Facebook page. Shocking customer service and not acceptable from an international brand like Crocs. I am not going to contact their international office to see if I can get a response.
