MOST PATHETIC AFTER-SALE/ CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - Dont buy online
The most pathetic service I have ever received in my life. The after-sale/customer service for online sales is absolutely shocking. No escalation process, not a manager in site, calling daily for resolution for new order (wrong sizes delivered) and refund. This has been going in circles from December to date with no resolution. Unprofessional, don't call back, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THIS PATHETIC SERVICE. I have spoken to Nehemia, Bonnie, Shana-Leigh, Chantel and today Tahira.
