Mistake, upon mistake, upon mistake

On 29 NOVEMBER 2014 I purchased several pairs of shoes. I received part of my order and not the rest.<br> After several emails and phone calls I finally received the missing pairs.<br> Then a whole new batch of shoes were delivered to me, meaning I received double what I had purchased. Again phone calls and wasted time.<br> <br> Eventually Allen sent a courier to pick up the shoes that they had incorrectly given me and to pick up a return.<br> I'm still waiting from 9th DECEMBER for my refund!!!<br> <br> This is really unacceptable!<br> How can you conduct business this way? Taking peoples money, promising refunds and then ignoring hundreds of emails when you have to give the money back!
