Misleading information regarding sizing 😡😡😡😡

Extremely upset, i ordered a pair of cozzy sandle crocs online, upon selecting my size the website says i recommend sixing 1 up which i did, the crocs has arrived and its too long, i now went on the crocs website to exchange and its not allowing me to exchange for a smaller size its only giving me a option to refund the R399. I dont want a refund because i will have to pay delivery fee again of R85 when i order the smaller size and the correct size might not be available once the refund is completed as the refund will only be completed once the current pair is received . This is unacceptable as crocs recommended that sizing 1 up when ordering the shoes. I want to exchange and not refund.
