Lies about delivery

I am very unhappy about a delivery promisr that was made on black and white, via email that my order eill be delivered in 4 working days. My order should have been delivered last week Friday and when phoning in now the lady is informing me that it is actually 7 to 10 working days. So the email was a false promise then and as i am going out of town in 2 days, I have to now force my responsibility to sign for my package onto someone else apparently. This is unacceptable!
