Late delivery, no order tracking, horrible customer service

Word of advice: DON'T buy crocs online. 11 days later and still waiting for 3 orders. The website does not allow you to track the status of your orders. Over the phone customer service is absolutely appalling with no feedback on order status. My wife and I also get promised to be called back but never get called. We are leaving for Ireland in December, so can't wait forever for the orders to eventually arrive...if it ever arrives. Can't even cancel the orders because I was told you first have to receive the items and then send them back at your own expense. Never will I buy crocs again.
