Lack of service with no delivery

I have placed an online order with Crocs SA on 29 Dec 2017. I have phoned them about my order on 3 Jan 2018 but they have a lot of excuses. I have mailed them on 3 Jan 2018 but no response. I have tried again on 4 Jan 2018 on which they promised that the parcel will be send out the next day. I have followed up again on 8 Jan 2018 to get a tracking but with no luck. No one is coming back to you, responding to my mails or even answering the phone at the online department. I don't advise anyone to buy ever from Crocs SA. The have the worst service every!!! Quick to take your money when you place the order don't deliver! That is why they do free deliveries because they don't deliver your order at all!
