Lack of service

The live chat is useless, agents join the chat but you never get a response. Has been happening last week when I had trouble adding a item to my cart and also happened this whole week everyday as I'm trying to exchange my order. I've send a couple of emails through the week and the only response is that my query has been received but nothing happens after that. Haven't bough any other shoes but Crocs for the last 8 years, first time I've experienced this lack of service. Very disappointed
