Lack of any service

I've ordered Crocs more than a month ago from the online store. I've to date only received half of the order. If someone eventually answers the phone, they cannot/will not help you and you can forget about anyone getting back to you. Emails also don't get any answers.

Crocs SA seems to take a great product and stamp it with extremely bad service. I either need my money back or the Crocs!!!
