INSOLVENT?? Is Crocs SA insolvent because of covid?

Emailed Crocs on line on 4-5-2021 to exchange the Crocs I received that day. got no reaction. Also no reaction on my emails on 6, 7, 9th of May. I phoned the 021 and 087 lines, many times and took all the options they gave me. No one is answering. Crocs SA is from Freeform Trading in Muizenberg who is a franchise of Crocs Europe in Holland. It can be that Crocs SA is insolvent in the meantime because of Covid? Can be if they don't reply or answer the phone. Well than I lost my money.
