Incorrect item size sent - no response from customer service

I placed an order with Crocs SA on Wednesday 27 January for a pair of men's slops size 9.

The slops were delivered today but they sent me a men's size 4!

Been trying to call them unsuccessfully all afternoon. It rings, you get to an automated operator where you have to make a choice - I chose online support assuming this is support for online orders. It rings and rings once I make my selection until suddenly after a few minutes the call is terminated on their side.

I have emailed Crocs SA two minutes after I received my order (12pm today) and am still waiting for a response.

It's now been three days after emailing Crocs SA and I have yet to receive a reply!
My fiance contacted them via their Facebook page yesterday afternoon and received a reply asking her to inbox them with the order number and contact details which she duly sent them.

Still waiting to hear from them...not impressed with their very poor service. If I could I would downgrade them to 1 or 0 stars.

Update on the above - I was given an email address for a contact person at Crocs SA online store and sent them the email listed below a short while ago only to receive an immediate reply of:

Message blocked
Your message to ****** has been blocked. See technical details below for more information.
The response from the remote server was:
550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. AS(***) [VE1EUR03FT057.eop-EUR03.prod.protection.outlook.com]

My email to the person at Crocs SA:

Good day ***,
Forgive me for contacting you directly, but all other avenues have met with no response from Crocs SA – I imagine that the company will soon be announcing that it is going into liquidation or financial distress. There can be no other explanation for the non-existent support that is currently being delivered.
As seen below I received a parcel from Crocs SA’s online store on Monday 1 February at 12pm. This was supposed to contain the item I had ordered on Wednesday 27 January.
The problem however is that I was sent the incorrect size. I ordered a size 9 of the Men’s Bayaband Flip as you can see a little further below, but I received a Men’s size 4! Within a minute or two of receiving this incorrect item I emailed *** and I am still waiting for a meaningful reply from a living, breathing person. That’s more than 76 hours ago.
I have also tried on numerous occasions to call the number listed online for support ***) without anyone answering. In fact, it rings and rings and then your system simply terminates the call.
I have even gone to the length of writing a rather unflattering review on HelloPeter which you can find at the link below:
While on HelloPeter I could not help but notice the flood of negative reviews that your brand is receiving, I am only sorry that I didn’t read these terrible reviews before deciding to place an order with Crocs SA. Had I done so I would have saved myself a lot of unnecessary time wasting. I certainly will not use Crocs SA ever again to purchase anything – to clarify that is the online store and any Crocs physical branch.
I drove out to Baywest Mall in Port Elizabeth this afternoon to visit the Crocs store there in the hope that they could possibly replace the incorrect size flips with the correct size. I should have known after the non-existent contact from Crocs that my experience at the store would be no different. I could have saved myself an hour of pointlessness.
Of course the stores do not stock any of the same items that are for sale on the online store – how could I not have realised this! I asked the shop assistant to provide me with a contact number for anyone at Head Office. He proceeded to pull out a till slip from the cash drawer and read out the phone number that is officially listed as the contact number for Head Office.
I diligently typed this number into my cell phone and called it only to be told that this number no longer exists. What a surprise! As a last resort to get me to leave the store I fear he provided me with your email address, so as you see you are now my last resort in trying to get this matter resolved.
I am fervently praying that this email will find someone on the other end.
Regards,
Charles

Update on the above issue:

Stephanie from Crocs contacted me on Monday 8 February apologising profusely for the issues I had experienced and promising that she would arrange for the correct size Crocs to be delivered to me soonest.

True to her word I received the correct size Crocs on Thursday 11 February which she had managed to source from one of the Crocs stores in Gauteng.

I could not be happier with the product I ordered and am thankful that Stephanie was able to follow up and resolve my issue!
