Impatient shop assistant

On 6 Nov I went to replace my existing pair of Crocs. Unsure of my shoe size (as my running shoes upped in size lately) I was a bit indecisive about size as well as choosing a new style. I asked about a size measure and was told only kiddies are available. I found a measure on your website so luckily have the correct size. I tried on 2 sizes in 2 different styles back and forth and eventually sensed some impatience from the assistant. As I couldn't decide on just replacing my existing pair or possibly buying both, I asked about the return policy, to which point I was ignored, with her standing next to me. Thinking maybe she didn't hear me, then the lady sweeping the opposite shop corner politely answered my question. If not for the good product quality and it being my closest branch I would've walked out with nothing. With a better attitude I would possibly have bought both pairs. I wrote it off to her having a bad day at first. However, I own and manage my own shop so can safely say having an off day should not make any client feel like they are unwelcome and/or wasting your time, regardless of money being spent or what's happening in your personal life.
