I purchased a pair of shoes on the 13th of December. Since then I have NOT received any form of communication from the store despite me sending then emails via their contact us page.

I've asked for updates to no avail and my refund request has been met with deaf ears.

My last resort is to apply for a charge back with my bank.

Do not purchase anything from this store.
