Horrible service
Horrible service ordered on the second of January till today my parcel is not out for delivery from Ram

16 Jan 2026, 17:03I placed my order on 1 January and it has still not been delivered.
The delivery company (RAM) confirmed that the incorrect address was provided by Crocs, which I had to correct myself. Despite this, delivery has failed multiple times.
I have now been informed that my parcel was moved from Limpopo to Witbank, which is incorrect and unacceptable.
Please urgently resolve this matter by either:
1. Delivering my order to the correct Limpopo address within 48 hours, or
2. Processing a full refund, as per the Consumer Protection Act.
