Horrible quality of shoes

I bought a white pair of crocs at a crocs store in Eastgate. Same day I wore the shoes it had a stain and I returned the shoes to the shop and I was told I cannot return them as it was new when I got the shoe. Horrible service. They away from the white pairs if possible.
