Harassment

I worked in menlyn mall and I usually pass crocs to buy food. On 7 February 2020 at 14:00 I was harassed by one of the staff members. There was a gentleman And a lady working at that time. He whistled at me (cat calling) when I passed the store and I looked at him and shook my head in disgust as I have never met or seen him in my life, this is NOT the 1st time it has happened where it was someone from that specific store and it is disgusting how someone can think that it is ok to treat a woman with no respect during working hours and in uniform. I did not want to go in the store to ask for his name so I could report him and I did not feel comfortable passing there again. I immediately called head office and reception gave me Marvin’s cellphone number and told me he is the regional manager because I could not let this person get away with this as there might be other victims of harassment from him as well. I called Marvin and he told me he would give me feedback (he had my work and personal cellphone number) it’s been a week now and no feedback which tells me that you do not take this serious and it is ok for women to be harassed by your staff. This is not ok and I want feedback and I do not want feedback from Marvin as he clearly didn’t take my call serious!
