HAPPY 1st TIME CROCS BUYER

Bought Crocks in October sale since my shoes weren't fitting due to pregnancy, due to volume of orders, had to wait for my order, which I understood... They communicated during the waiting period, till I received my order a month later, but the sizes were small... sent them an email as soon, but went through their return policy on promo purchases, so I never bothered to go exchange them it in store, was just keeping them for after delivery hoping they will fit... To my surprise, got a call from one of the consultants on the 3rd of Jan, asking if I still needed assistance exchanging the shoes, and guess what?, received my shoes today, with a lil bit of twist 😊... thank you Crocs SA
