Half order received, no refund, lack of communication

I bought 2 pairs of ladies crocs online and 2 days later they delivered the box. However when I opened it there was only 1 pair inside. When I reported this to them, Nadeem let me know that they would either send me the stock or refund me if the item was out of stock. Great... Sounds promising.... A few days later they closed the ticket and said I didn't respond, but I when I responded and asked how they can close the ticket when the matter wasn't resolved, there was no reply. I followed up again on the ticket but still nothing. Useless... I want my refund!
