Had an older credit note issued to us for an exchange a while back

Had an older credit note issued to us for an exchange a while back. When the manager Tsolofelo saw it she immediately went into the offense as if the voucher we brought was not valid. Somebody needs to train her on customer service. She didn't address us at all but asked the cashier to. Very rude and indicated I take the items for the full value of the voucher. As the customer she can not tell me what to do. Very shocking. No wonder there is a high turnover of staff at that branch. Nobody lasts. Service was deplorable. Rather use another crocs branch.
