Great service

My husband had bought me a pair of crocs for my birthday but they felt a little big. I went in to exchange at Crocs Cresta and Lebohang assisted me. He showed patience while I tried another size ensuring it was comfortable. Despite policy, he was able to make an exception which I appreciated because I really liked my crocs but wanted a more comfortable fit and I can't blame my husband or the store he bought from.
