Great products, terrible online store service

The products themselves are great, but the online store customer service is really, really bad. Been waiting over a month now for the correct pair of shoes to be sent to us after they sent us the wrong size TWICE. The website (at the time of this review anyway) very clearly says to "Select your SA/UK size", but they keep sending the US size, which is a size smaller than SA/UK. When we have managed to get through to someone to talk about it they give a big story about how to select the right size, but clearly the fault is with them. Still waiting for this to be resolved.
