Great Customer service

I bought a pair of sneakers for my hubby at one of the branches where the shop assistant who assisted me with sizes gave me the wrong size only to get home and discover it is too small. Contacted them and they said they did not have the size I am looking for and the size I took should fit cause Crocs is a big make. I went to a different store where I was informed the shoe has been discontinued. I checked on Crocs website and saw the shoe is still available and contacted H/office. Allen Thomas was the service consultant who assisted me. She responded swiftly on my emails and arranged for the shoes to be sent to my nearest branch within that week and sent an alternative pair with just in case that shoe does not fit. So I would like to say thank you for her awesome customer service.<br> Keep it up!!!
