Good luck receiving your order before Jesus comes

I wish there was a minus or zero rating because that’s what they deserve! I placed an order on the 20th of September and subsequently received an order confirmation email, which is the ONLY communication they sent me regarding an order which still hasn’t been delivered, almost two weeks later. They promise delivery with 5 days, it’s going to 8 days now. I’ve been calling in almost everyday this week and my order status is still showing as unfulfilled. Soon they’ll be running their Croctober sale and will want to blame this delay on high order volumes. If you order from them be prepared to wait till Jesus comes!
