Escalated matter, still waiting for delivery

Placed an online order on the 26 Dec 2023. It was meant to be a Bday gift. The delivery guy gives me one box with only the Jibitz. I asked for the second box and they responded saying I must wait for it. A month later with many emails to Crocs as well as a phone call with no result. They just tell me the matter is being escalated... I guess the management team is to blame for this terrible service. I just want the shoe man,
