****ed off!!!!

You guys don't even deserve that 1 star!!!! I am extremely ****ed off. I purchased crocs online for my kids. Received it 3 days ago, incorrect order. I called immediately at 12pm, spoke to Fazludien (useless).. Didn't call me back as promised. Called again same day at 16:40 spoke to Chantal (useless) promised that the incorrect order would be collected the next day. I still have it and it was day 2. Day 3, I call again to ask when am I getting my order, spoke to Taahirah only to be called back after an hour and told there is no stock of what I had ordered. How? when I placed the order there was obviously stock because it allowed me to pay for the goods. So now I'm still sitting with someone else's order, 2 disappointed kids and no solution. I completely fathomed right now!!!
