DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!! Ever.....

I have placed 2 orders online and they say it will take 7-10 working days for delivery. It has been 2 weeks now. Emails dont get answered, phoned them several times and everytime the receptionist say that the “online order department “ is not available and took messages and promised to get back to me. Send another follow up email - NOTHING!!! Its the worst service ever. So I missed an opportunity to get these shoes exported (one of the orders). Super annoyed!! Stay away from online ordering. I was planning to order more, but I would rather order from takealot who actually delivers on time they promised!!
